About Kathryn

Kathryn Nixon

Kathryn and her husband, Jeff, are long-time Ludington residents who've operated the Ludington instrumental music store for 44 years. Kathryn earned a B.S. Chem Eng degree from University of Illinois prior to her employment with Dow Chemical and OxyChem. K-12th public school education in Ludington was a high-quality experience for their four children and the twenty foreign exchange high-school students whom they welcomed into their family. Several of them took classes at West Shore Community College as a springboard toward their university education.
